We run workshops based around an easy to understand relationship awareness tool called TotalSDI. Which can be used stand alone or integrated in to training programs to help business handle the above needs much more effectively and so much more.
So what is TotalSDI and relationship awareness?
TotalSDI and relationship awareness is an easy and effective way to help improve self awareness and the awareness of others, thus allowing us to understand why we and others do and say the things they do.
What is important to others? (what motivates them to do what they do?). The TotalSDI teaches us by purely listening to the language people are using we can start to identify this. TotalSDI believe there are 7 main languages (motivators) that people are talking and if we can identify or know which one of the 7 the person we are conversing with is using we can adapt our own language and behaviour to ensure a positive out come from the conversation and avoid conflict.
Once a business has the knowledge and understanding of not only their own language but they can identifing the core 7 motivators (languages). It can then start to applied the learning more specifically to different areas of the business i.e. Sales – how to influence customers, HR and management – improve staff engagement and reduce conflict, Customer services – handle customer complaints positively and effectively
In turn, understanding yourself and others better helps to improve relationships and reduce the chance of conflict, which can only lead to one thing improved profit, through better sales, fully engaged staff and reduced staff turner over.
